Exceptional service!

We used Alan Rait from Yorkshire Equity Release who immediately made us feel at ease and his knowledge and advice was amazing.

What a great experience it was dealing with Andi and the team at Yorkshire Equity Release! Andi responded promptly following my initial enquiry and told me they work on a personalised service and face-to-face basis where ever possible. The first visit was all about me explaining what I would like to do and then Andi left to complete his search for the best plan and to make his recommendation. On the second appointment, he went through his recommendation and I could see exactly why the plan met my circumstances. All my questions were answered clearly and concisely. We went ahead and from there it took about six weeks for the application to complete and the money was paid! Highly recommended, stress-free and a comfortable experience!
