Our advice is free. You will only pay an arrangement fee on successful completion of your plan. This is after you have instructed us to proceed with your application, we have arranged and received your satisfactory valuation, we have received an offer from the lender, all the legal paperwork has been taken care of and, your plan has completed and you have received your funds.
If you do not complete the transaction and you do not receive your funds, our service is free and there is no fee to pay.

Early on in my career I chose to specialise in the later life markets and for the past 9 years have specialised solely in Equity Release, advising on solutions and lending to those aged 55 and over by providing professional, compassionate and honest advice to my clients giving the very best individually tailored information and advice to meet and exceed their needs and ambitions ultimately helping my client enjoy a comfortable life.
I live with my Partner Vicki and between us we have three grown up children. In my spare time I enjoy the theatre, keeping fit at the gym, cycling enjoy being with the family. I’m passionate about our business which is why I have specialised for so long and why I was driven to Establish Yorkshire Equity Release back in 2018.

I have worked all my life in financial services, ranging from retail banking, commercial leasing and lending, mortgages, pensions investments and savings. I became officially qualified to arrange lifetime mortgages in 2007 and for the last 7 years I have been actively involved in the market.
I'm a passionate advocate of Lifetime Mortgages and enjoy having time to work with people on an individual basis to craft bespoke solutions that meet customer needs. Every case is unique, there is no “one size fits all”.
When I'm not looking after my customers I enjoy the challenge of flying radio-controlled helicopters and am keen to point out helicopters are not drones!
